Ingredients:
1 cup almonds, chopped
½ cup pecans, chopped
½ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup chia seeds
¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
¼ cup keto-friendly protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
¼ cup almond butter (or peanut butter, unsweetened)
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener (or erythritol)
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp sea salt
⅓ cup keto-friendly dark chocolate chips (85% or higher) (optional)

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine chopped almonds, pecans, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, shredded coconut, and protein powder.
